Sweet Home Alabama Season 1 ~ Discussion ~ Spoilers

UHhhh I hope it's a promise ring. Being the pessimist that I am, I am already skeptical about the relationship post show. Plus this show was filmed in like 2 WEEKS? And they don't even spend the whole day together on their dates. Way less time than what the bachelor/ette would have spent with their f1. Even then, I think the bachelor/ette people are rushing into things.

She just always looked like she had a connection with Tribble, but maybe we are in for a complete shocked if it's Adam (shock to me anyway). She's into football bigtime and Trib was a QB and is into football too, so maybe they just have a connection. Tribble is one hot good looking guy. That interview with Collin really sounded like Tribble is good guy though.

ETA. I also got the bad vibe from her dad with Collin when he made fun of him wearing earrings in both ears.

And I haven't seen the show yet, so I'm curious to the comments about Tribble's date to see what y'all mean.

My take on Tribble is that he is a flirt. Doesn't mean he's a bad guy. He's just friendly. He comes from a great family and has a solid education like Devin. Just seems perfect for her. I think she kept Adam because Collin was falling too hard for her and she didn't want to lead him on any further. It's gotta be Tribble. He tweeted this back to someone yesterday

Yeah, looks like Tribble. And well the fact, I will never in a million years have thought Adam would be her f1. I thought Collin would be her choice, way more than Adam was. I don't know Tribble still rubs me the wrong way. But it's got to be him as f1. lol I will bring this post back up if I'm wrong and by some shocking news Adam is the last guy. I got to say, there are probably going to be angry fans on their main facebook page lol. They seem very pro Adam (and Collin)

Oh well, she had to go with her heart and if her magnet was Tribble, she'd be foolish to let him go and not see what they can be in the the real world as a couple. jmo

Just started watching. Well, Collin should have pulled her chair around next to him having the sundae. He is not outwardly affectionate at all. Not even holding her hand across the table Then he's walking in front of her coming out of the water. She's doing all the work, to me. jmo

On her date with Tribble (earlier, haven't seen tonight), they were both into each other and he was very affectionate and all over her. These guys have to show it, they only have so much time, saying it isn't going to get them to the end.

Can't wait to see the rest.

I'm watching this show for the first time ever, it's cute. I like her but so far I don't see a real connection with either of the two guys she just went on dates with (new episode from tonight). I think it was Adam and Collin maybe? IDK? Tribble just came on so we will see..

Wow., Tribble has totally impressed me. What a classy young man, he's 25 and seems to have all the family values and his last g/f broke his trust and he was not the heartbreaker. Tribble and Devin are perfect to me. He dresses so nicely too and drop dead gorgeous, but so is Devin. I love them together. I'll be shocked if it's not him in the end.

I'm sure they made out again, that's all they did on their other date, but it was editd out, because it's too obvious to show them again. No way they didn't kiss and she just walked away. Do they think we are that stupid after her other all day and night date??But they showed her kissing the other 3 and not Tribble.
TPTB are worse than Fleiss.

Her body language with Tribble at the truck. She had her hand on the inside of his thigh and a big smile when she watched him walking towards her. Great show tonight, cannot wait for the finale and glad she and her F1 are happy post show and together.

Got home late from a beach bonfire and immediately watched the show, smelling like smoke, but couldn't wait!!

The dates went exactly how I expected. I really see chemistry/romance and a great friendship between Devin and Adam. I've enjoyed watching them since the beginning. And btw I remember reading that the span of the show was closer to two months, around early June - late July.
Tribble seems like a great guy and is so hot that he could probably have chemistry with just about anyone. I noticed that when Colin was pouring out his heart to her he hardly ever made eye contact. He seemed very sincere though. City guy never really stood a chance.

I was surprised to see Adam picking out a ring though because I remember her mentioning in an interview that there wasn't an engagement because she said she's too young, but that there was jewelry involved. So maybe it was just a promise ring.

Can't wait til next week!!

Agree with so many of your thoughts - there IS a very great relationship between Devin and Adam - better than friends but not the same type as Tribble. Wish she could have both of them! Collin needs to date more and loosen up - but he's a special guy too.- sitting at the table (another poster mentioned) is a good example. But all four of the guys seem very sincere. I do believe they will all stay in contact with Jason (the city guy). He turned out to be very sincere too and cuter the more the show went on - I believe him saying he learned a lot. I still want to use the words very refreshing with this show!!!

Just my luck!.....I was in the right places but the wrong time - Stacy's Pharmacy/Soda Fountain & Lulu's within the last month!! If there's another season I gotta get a heads-up on filming locations 8)
