If the producers choose to leak information before it's official the media outlets they use are US Weekly and E Online. There's a 99.9% chance the next lead will be Caila JMO

It would be kind of shocking/interesting if Fleiss decides to change the lead, just so RS is wrong about it. Doubt it though.
I feel like his "Huh?? What's the problem ?" tweet was deflecting/denying, since they haven't announced her yet.

It's weird to me how last year, producers knew some people didn't like Britt, and they brought her on but only because they seemed to sway it to be Kaitlyn. But this year they are actually choosing Caila, who seems to have the most dislike of all the F4. I feel like they didn't really want Britt as much BECAUSE she had some dislike from fans, but now they want Caila who seems to have just as much hate or more than Britt IMO.

I really don't see why she would be unable to pull off a season. Why would she be any worse than Becca or Amanda who are both about as boring and monotone as it gets? She is pretty, bubbly, her face moves and she can cry like the rest of them and thankfully, will not require hair extensions!

As for those who think men won't like her, my male friends who watch the show all thought she was the best looking one of the bunch this season. All of them! That was actually a surprise to me since I know several of them like their blondes (Amanda) and the in your faces sexy types (JoJo).

I don't think it's because she's unattractive. The girl is obviously stunning. I just personally think she comes across as a cartoon character. She seems phony, child-like, and is always babbling about some nonsense. I think that Jojo would have simply appealed to more men; not that it matter - like I said before, she only needs ONE guy that's into her, but I can certainly understand the SM backlash . IMO.

Yeah the negativity towards Caila is unwarranted. She has done nothing to deserve any of it but whatever. Those who don't like her should just skip the season that simple.

I bet the producers wish they had stuck with their choice of Britt last season after Kaitlyn's skankiness. Her ratings were mostly because of the Nick Shawn drama.

Whether Caila gets to be lead or not she will do fine.

I don't think that RS cares one way or another. He is right when he says that Fleiss&Co. does what they want, when they want. Fleiss response most likely is to stir up the masses. The shows only concern IMO is sticking to the formula that works for them regardless of the lead.

Regarding the bolded, I highly doubt that. They were loving the skankiness, because they could totally phone it in for the latter half of the season and people were still watching because of the sex drama and Shawn-Nick drama. If it weren't for Kaitlyn, Nick wouldn't have showed up and lots of drama would have been avoided. And Britt isn't any better than Becca for them, since she's waiting for marriage and all.

@mindless I totally agree that the tptb loved the drama, the sex and Nick showing up. But no way they knew before filming that's how it was going play out. Once Nick showed up they knew they had gold. But the producer really wanted Britt (including CH) and the viewers wanted Kaitlyn, so they had to go with the two bachelorettes. I kinda feel they thought the guys will chose Britt over Kaitlyn. Imo

I think MF's response, is basically, he see's no problem, so what's the problem? I don't think K was the chosen one because the fans wanted her and not Britt. IMO they didn't want Britt who would give them nothing when it comes to sex.

Have we considered the possibility that JoJo is back with the ex, and doesn't want to be the Bachelorette, turning them down? Ala Melissa Rycroft? TPTB would naturally go to Caila as next best choice if that's the case.

RS was asked about JoJo and her plans/opportunities on his last webcast. He seemed to know what's next for her but said he couldn't reveal what he knows at this time as it would jeopardize/reveal his source. He seemed very confident about no BIP.

With The Bachelor #2 and The Bachelorette #4 as the top series on Twitter in 2015, I am sure they will figure out some way to get tongues wagging for Caila even if it's a hate watching situation as suggested above.
