REPORT My Valentine’s Date With 7 Former Bachelor Contestants and 600 Other Women

http://www.racked.com/2016/2/18/11039730/bachelor-biggest-group-date-ever-valentines-day

About Josh....

I befriended a woman named Susan early...She was wearing the *** out of one of the sexiest dresses of all that evening, and she had the name Josh airbrushed in fine print onto her ring fingernail.

Josh M., the **** whose name she had specially airbrushed on her nail, had been an **** to her. When she asked for a kiss, he told her he was sick. She said she would bid on him at the auction, he acted blase. She gave him a chocolate rose, unlike all the other **** in this place. She’d driven an hour and "put her marriage on the line." Josh didn’t compliment her hair or makeup. Even Nick Viall did that much. The worst part of it all: he brought a girlfriend with him to The Biggest Group Date Ever, and she’d overheard rumblings in the crowd suggesting they’d been getting handsy under a table. She wasn’t going to bid on Josh anymore, she asserted. He’d made her feel "like dirt." Susan told me she was thinking of bidding on Nick, maybe, as revenge.

Josh clearly shouldn't have brought his gf along to a bachelor auction, and he seemed to be really rude to this woman, but her putting her marriage on line to meet and bid on Josh is on her. And I doubt kissing the fans was part of the program.

IMO people that shy away from publicity or avoid speculation around their dating life are the ones that don't attend any bachelor related events at all (like Nicki Sterling, Chantal O'Brien...). Josh is not in that category.
This was an event for charity where the men who participated agreed to be auctioned off to the highest bidder for a 45 minute get to know you "date" Nick raised $5,600, Michael G raised $5,300.  From what I've read on this thread women didn't want to bid for Josh because he was with a "date" He didn't try to "work the audience" to raise money. If Josh wouldn't have had a blonde model near him during the event or if he would have tried a little harder to raise his bidding price like Michael G did he could have raised more money for THON a charity committed to enhancing the lives of children and families impacted by childhood cancer. Josh didn't put the charity first he put himself first JMO

I was just trying to illustrate what I imagine Josh's thought process must have been before going to the event.

Oh I'm sure Josh is dumb enough to think the other guys will be impressed by his ability to groom 20-year-old girls in IG. I don't think he has any idea how creepy and pathetic he comes across. I'm sure all those guys could woo some college girls just because they've been on TV, but they're smart enough to realise it's no accomplishment. Josh sees pretty young blonde -> Josh thinks she'd look good on his arm -> Josh takes her to a public Bachelor event bursting with pride. duh

I don't find it unusual that Josh would have been cool towards this woman as he doesn't like women who seriously come on to him. I believe he would have acted the same toward this woman whether he had a girlfriend with him or not.

I remember seeing a tweet from a girl from when he went to Canada last year and the tweet said "When you hit on Josh Murray and he gets up and leaves the bar." So it is my opinion that Josh doesn't like women, as I said, that come on to him boldly.

As far as commenting on whether he should have brought someone to an event where the premise was to meet single guys and the money that might have been raised for the charity if he had not done that I will keep to myself. These are just my opinions.

If that's the case, then he shouldn't have attended this event, nor any other event where he knows there will be a lot of females, especially when the format of the event is advertising Josh Murray from The Bachelorette.

That was the whole purpose of this event. They are suppose to mingle turn on the charm, and raise as much money as they can. If he wanted to show off his little hot blonde, he could take her to the mall.

Also attending this charity event didn't mean he had to hook up with anyone. Just be approachable, friendly and a bit flirty. That's all. If that's difficult for him to do, he wasn't forced to go.

I think he literally thinks he's still the hotshot high school athlete with girls throwing themselves at him. And I mean literally as in LITERALLY. He doesn't seem to have a concept that he's just a normal person and no longer some ridiculous star power athlete, it's why he keeps dating high schoolers imo. He said on the show, he understands what happened, blahblah, but it's not true whatsoever. It's really kind of sad and depressing tbh.

To add to that, I remember an event he went to with his then fiancé where it was full of college students? CMIIW, this is when the ex stormed off announcing no more pictures. Someone posted the famous IG of the event and the two of them, not so happy faces.

He seemed to have a good time at that event. Maybe he is more comfortable in his choice of younger females then the ones that are his age, which is kinda creepy to me, but he's not my son.

It could be a social maturity thing. Sometimes you never grow out of that.
He reminds me of my ex-brother-in-law. He was in the minor leagues in his late teens/early 20's and called up to pitch for San Francisco. Long story short, after one season his pitching arm was ruined and career over.
This man is now in his 60's and has never let that go. Washed up insurance and car salesman. Coaches middle/high school baseball. Hits on young women. The guys think he's creepy. The girls think he creepy. His kids won't talk to him. He thinks he's still a star and posts all these old photos on his social media. no no
He's a 60 yr old man! He has never gotten past it. Pathetic.

No good deed goes unpunished.
Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, bye Felicia!

I agree with you all. Josh did a huge disservice to the charity by taking Hannah. Even if she wanted to go, he really didn't have to make it obvious that she was his girlfriend. If he kept it private, they bidding might have gone differently. I wasn't there so I don't know if Josh was as rude to this lady as she claims but there is truth in the article. He did take a date/girlfriend which affected the bidding, he didn't show any enthusiasm towards the bidding and he was all over Hannah according to this article and someone who posted here saying that she went to the event.
He took Hannah to show her off to the other guys from the franchise so he had to be all over her, even at the expense of the charity. Why does Josh have to take a girl whenever he goes to events with the Bachelor people. Does he need to prove that he can get a girl and they didn't?

Was Josh on the action block, or just attending. If he was on the auction block and took a date...box of rocks.
