I admit, I look for the love story, regardless of what they look like. Somehow they become "ugly" and not in the looks sense, when it's all an act, ala CS or even JakeP for that matter.

Trust me, I'm definitely not comparing the two! Roberto is my all-time favorite from the show and the only f1 I rooted for, whereas I couldn't even watch one episode of Jale's season (that should have been Reid's!). I was just referring to Jake/Vienna being an example of stereotypical "hot" guy/less attractive girl. I don't think of Jake as being hot after seeing his personality, but if he never, EVER talked, he would be.

I agree, I don't care about looks when it comes to the love story. For me, it's all about people who are authentically themselves that makes them so attractive and worth rooting for.

Really? From a promo? Lots of them do what the producers want for their intro and end up being great people such as Chris "Cupcake" and any number of others.

Apparently RS had some teasers on his blog earlier. One of them he updated today, with the update in bold:

-At least 4 people were eliminated or left before a rose ceremony took place (make that 5)

If RS is to be believed, this makes me wonder if perhaps someone left early in the later stages of filming. Maybe at F4 or F3?

Just something to keep in mind when sleuthing.

I was thinking that too. Maybe Jojo was eliminated during the date like Chris Soules because she's the expected Bachelorette frontrunner and it might have gotten her sympathy points. Plus, allowed Ben the opportunity to skip FS dates with someone he wasn't interested in.

No, not from a promo. Not in Caila's case, although that added to it. Sometimes it is just a vibe from even just a photo or info about a person, etc and all added together. Additionally, a poster who knows her posted about Caila and being the center of attention (and this long after I thought this and posted in the thread) so it is just something interesting since I got that vibe early on.

I can only speak for myself, but so far with this franchise my initial pre-thoughts usually end up being what I think at the end of the show (and it's always subjective). For Cupcake I loved him from the getgo and his cupcake entrance I loved too but because I thought it went with who he was. He came across genuine to me and still does. I didn't care for Kaitlyn's "plow the eff out of my field" shtick and don't care for Caila's jumping (asked or not) into Ben's arms shtick, either.

Sometimes things are just vibes or thoughts. Many along with myself posted that Shawn would be F1 just by his photo and this was long before filming ended. Even with Whitney, posted a side-by-side pic of her with CS and thought she would be F1 just b/c of similarity of facial structure. With K, I got the vibe she was an attention seeker and all about herself and I still think that now full-circle. It doesn't mean it is accurate or correct but it is just, for me personally, I have yet to have a strong vibe about someone and change my mind completely. So if that happens with Caila it will be great and a pleasant surprise.

Amanda IMO. There was activity on her insta days before the F4 rose ceremony.

I think it was Amanda, based off her SM activity like BlackHalo posted. She probably left on her own after seeing how he reacted with her kids/family

I agree with you; if he knew of at least 4 being eliminated, the 5th would have occurred recently. I think JoJo probably got the Chris Soules F3 type date where she gets eliminated on the spot. RS did say Amanda was eliminated at a RC in one of his daily links. I also thought I read that Emily met Ben's parents during F6 but got sent home before the RC. Another one would be the eliminated girl from the 2-on-1 date.
