Based on the clip, it definitely looks like Ben making the move, he is leaning in more than she is.

The kiss isn't from the first night. Ben had a black tie on that night. The tie in the kiss is purple and patterned.

Yeah, I don't think it is either. Seems like Ben's tie has stripes in it with Becca and is a solid color for M&G.
It does seem like he kisses her at the mansion though...

Yeah, it would have been weird if he didn't make out with the F5 girl. Heck, I think Chris kissed everyone except night one eliminates.

That TPTB have already shown this kiss in a pre-season clip is interesting...

I think Ben kissed at least 10 girls in the first four episodes based on spoilers and "common sense" on how the show usually works. Lace, Mandi (the first two apparently technically kissed him), Olivia, Lauren B, JoJo, Caila, Amanda, Becca, Jubilee, Amber. Wow. That's a lot. Lol
