The only thing I don't get is that tweet that was put out from her account 7 days ago. Why put that out if she was going to be gone in a few days?

My guess is that she had her phone (because from what Kasha said she was allowed occasionally) and decided to send out a random tweet.

There is every possibility that there was no conspiracy behind it - she just felt like tweeting while she had access and so she did.

It can not be Becca if the rose ceremony was last night.

The is no way she can be at that airport (san diego)at that time.

The tweeter has listed SD in his bio.

Nothing in his tweet indicates he was at the San Diego airport though. If they are travelling today, and Becca was eliminated last night, it's very possible IMO she'd be on her way home.
