If she is the one for Ben it will be obvious to him/her and the viewers.  That said, she has some beautiful and successful women to compete with and I am glad for Ben's sake he has such a great cast of women.

Re: The Jared situation, I wouldn't doubt that Jared didn't give it a second thought.  People make plans, dates all the time that fall through.  Plus, once she got confirmed she was going to be on the show (or thought she was) she may have been instructed to not have contact with the alums from TB.  

My wish for seeing Becca on Ben's season is that we get to know more of the real Becca.  JMO.  

I really want her to be gone asap. I hope Ben's not forced to give her a HTD if he's not feeling it with her.

This. Although I have a suspicion that he might be feeling something for her to warrant her still being there. Just hope he feels MUCH more for another girl.

Another way to look at it too, could be he is not feeling it enough with others, so she is a safety to keep around.
Lots of things to consider.

I think he likes her enough to keep her, but maybe not enough to keep her past November 24 (or whatever day the finale is.) 

I DO see her getting a hometown, but I think her story may end there. Hopefully. For her sake and for Ben's.

^Sure. But I think it's just as likely that she's there as a producer pick/filler since Ben didn't like others enough.

I can see either Kasha's or Debut's scenario being true. The bottom line for me is that I think Becca is someone with a good heart, even if she's got some maturing to do...so whether she ends up as a friend for Ben or his F1 really doesn't matter to me. I don't think her presence is going to ruin the season...at least not for me.

I can believe there's some truth to the Jared thing and maybe even Ben telling her not to join the season, but I don't think either is nearly as big a deal as they're made out to be. I can see her chatting with Jared casually and telling him to let her know when he's in LA so they could hang out, but then she found out she could join Ben's season and that was that. I doubt he went out of his way or anything. She might've also casually chatted with Ben, or he contacted her when he got wind that she might be joining and told her it wasn't a good idea because of possible returnee drama, but I don't see that as some personal rejection either. The fact that she's still there and got a SD indicates to me that he did like her once he met her. Sure, it could be producer shenanigans, but I doubt it. If they edited her to be boring and thought there was no way she'd make a good Bachelorette, then why would they try to make her the Nick of this season? Surely they've got some new personalities to work with. JMO.

I also happen to think Becca's pretty great, no matter what opinions I read here, and I think she and Ben make a lot of sense on paper. IIRC (think I read it on her twitter), before Becca dropped out of college to move to San Diego with her sis and bro-in-law, she was studying to be a child life specialist. Whether she dropped out or not, it does say something about her interests and they seem to align with Ben's in many ways.

As for dentist Chris's opinion, I'm not sure how to take it. I also have a vague memory of Becca saying in some Periscope, when asked, that she'd chatted with him briefly. That would mean that Chris does have more to go by than her TV edit, so either he was joking or Ben has some twisted sense of humour we haven't seen yet. Who knows. In any case, I don't think many people are good at predicting who hits it off with who, so I take such opinions with a grain of salt.
