From what I've gathered, Ben and the other guy, can't remember his name, are her half brothers. Soraya is their mom. She was married to Mr. Patton, and later married Mr. Fletcher who already had kids of his own, Jojo's other half siblings. She had Jojo for Mr. Fletcher. Don't know this for a fact, but conclusion reached from what I've read.

Ben has said that he is half Persian.

I had a wedding site, so had a lot of my friends... wouldnt ever go on reality TV though

There are pics of Joelle with Peter and Rachel, just not as many as with Ben and Matt. We dont know how well the siblings gets along. All I know is everything I researched convinces me 99% that Soraya is their mum (to all 5). BTW I blames RS who first said Ben and Matt were her stepbrothers.

I just don't see why Peter would refer to Ben and Matt as as step-brothers if they had the same mom! I really do think that Peter and Rachel are from Mr. Fletcher's previous marriage - they don't have the same dark, Persian features that the other three siblings do, IMO.

ETA: Eversotrue beat me to it! Exactly. Soraya - Joelle, Matt, Ben's mother. Mr. Fletcher - Joelle, Peter, and Rachel's father. Joelle is half-siblings with everyone. Peter and Rachel are step-siblings with Matt and Ben.
