Joelle Fletcher - (JoJo) - Bachelor 20 - *Sleuthing - Spoilers*

Aren't there certain guys that go to the WTA to try and hook up with as many girls from each season as possible? I remember reading RS post about that and he mentioned names, but I can't remember who they were. IIRC, Arie was one of them? Not sure.

This is a question RS received in one of his "Reader Emails." His response is in bold.

Is the Bachelor secret Facebook group real? I’ve heard about it, but was never sure if it really existed or was just a rumor. I have a theory that this franchise is just one big massive orgy. Like, once your release the season breakdown for Ben’s season, a ton of former contestants will read your site and immediately reach out to the best-looking girls or the ones that make it really far with the hope of getting laid or becoming “friends” to extend their 15 minutes. And vice-versa when you spoil the “Bachelorette,” with girls reaching out to guys coming off of that season. Do I paint a correct picture?
Yes, the FB group is real. And yes, that’s exactly what past contestants do once I start releasing the girls. Hell, I’ve even had some contact me and ask if I have any more info. I call them “fresh meat” every season, because the second I release them, I know former “Bachelorette” contestants begin a feeding frenzy to see who can hook up with who first.

I guess I would have some small amount of interest if the two started doing a social media blitz, spent time partially undressed, drinking and in between the sheets lovey doves and then chose to let the public have privates peakie-poos.
Otherwise, no real interest in them "following" (LOL) each other.

I have to say RS is so original. He calls them "fresh meat" every season. Wow. How unique. The second he releases the names there is a feeding frenzy.
Like there isn't word out there on many contestants waaaaaay before he releases the full list and like others have not referenced the future cast with similar descriptive terms. Hmmm....Meat and Geek anyone?

Nick is friends with some young girls, Alexa Losey comes to my mind. If you watch a video they did together, Nick is like a big brother to her. So I do think it's possible to develop some friendship with young girls for him. Anyway, back to Jojo....

I believe they (past and present contestants) consider their Bach family a privileged club in which they all automatically become members. No one can understand the situations they went through except each other IMO.

A private facebook group to basically hook up with each other? Nothing should surprise me anymore about this show or the people on it.

If you believe that's the sole purpose of the Facebook group.

Nick followed Joelle Fletcher, and vice versa, before filming of the Bachelor began and she was announced as a possible contestant. They may have either met or were introduced, somehow.

Robert and Joelle have been following each other on Insta for quite a while. Loooooooong before she went on the show!

A lot of these people follow one another and more often than not, despite what have been said, it's not for ulterior motives, but because of their shared experiences. "Friending" on SM is what people from this franchise do. How come we don't bat an eye when the female ones follow the guys from other seasons?

I'm pretty neutral on Nick, but I do think that if we had read "Zach and Robert started following Joelle", everyone's minds would have automatically jumped to the same thing, but when it's Nick...obviously, he's just trying to mentor her! It's pretty clear what's going on when a single guy from this franchise follows a super hot girl before meeting her or even seeing her season. There's nothing wrong with it, but it is what it is. Like I said before, if he was just interested in friendship or discussing current events, he would have followed the other 25 rejected girls from Ben's season. But, nope, he just followed the hottest one. JMO.

Everyone's minds? Hmm. No. I seriously doubt I am the only one who a) would not think that b) who could not care less.

Joelle has long followed Jef Holm and Jake Pavelka.
I wonder if she hooked up with them because she followed them for a long time now?
To me it is ridiculous to make assumptions, but if I am going to, then Nick is a big step up from Jef or Jake, IMHO.

Maybe Nick wants an easy intro to date 1F or Jake and simply is going thru Jo-Jo? Could be!
