Caila Quinn - Bachelor 20 - *Sleuthing - Spoilers*

Oh please no...not the dreaded monkey jump! Didn't that start with Shane "Monkey" Lamas in Matt's season @GuardianAngel? Clearly I've been watching this show way too long. 

The meat-n-greet would be brutally boring without TPTB prompted stunts. I wasn't a fan of the MOT girl that hiked a football to Ben through her long dress, the horsey girl, giant rose on the head/pick Ben's teeth girl, crush the gluten girl or the chicken enthusiast. Nope, I don't remember their names - just their stunt. 

Caila jumping into Ben's arms wasn't a big thing to me.  Then again, my tv has a fast-forward feature and I'm not afraid to use it.

The monkey jump only makes sense for women who are short, because that way they'll be face to face with the man, though it's still pretty icky. But it's especially baffling when tall women do it. Sorry, Whit!

Thought so too FLChica, and mentioned it not that long ago.

I saw an article posted Jan 4th that said Caila had 1000 followers on IG. I was curious to see that number after the premier.

It's now 9,560 followers.

It's a good article describing her achievements. For a 24 yr old, I say that's impressive, especially when you compare to some of the other contestants or the last lead.

Yup. I think F3 is usually in the spot for a reason. The producers think that is probably thier best bet for the next lead...unless for some reason they decide they don't want it or the audience isn't crazy about them. (I'm thinking about AshLee. I thought it seemed as if she had been primed to be the lead and then Des got it.)

Caila is getting the hot tub date just like Kaitlyn did - also with a comedian in the hottub. TPTB definitely planned that, imo.

Oh yikes. I didn't need to see that again, especially on repeat. She assaulted him with her boobs. No wonder he liked it.

Re: Sharleen's comment about Caila in her Panda blog. I think she was saying the move itself was awkward because she ended up with this - "If nothing else, it's a testament to her core strength."

I don't particularly like when people have props either like a wedding dress, Unicorn head, cupcake-mobile, etc but you tend to go on and see what they're like on future shows and usually forget their entrance altogether. I'm sure we'll move on from this, hopefully sooner than later. I'm way more interested in seeing Caila with Ben and the other women.

I'm so glad Sharleen is doing her pretty pandas recaps! I missed them! 

Yeah, that jump was pretty awkward but, like Sharleen said, she's still likable so far. I'm going to see how she is on Monday's date.

Some liked the jump, some didn't. Hopefully it won't be hung over her head for the rest of season.
