Michael is selling an image, selling his brand now, imo.
Maybe he knew he has a good chance to be TB?
I find his story on IG/SM too convenient and smooth.

And I remember Shawn was caught out partying a few times before the finale, so I don't think it's a big deal Sash was out with the boys.

He is "trying" to repair an image and brand so he can try get the gig, IMO.
Not gonna happen.
I can safely say based on inside info I have had for a long time that Michael will not be in the running if they recycle a Bachelor.
And none of the media that care about this show and are always doing the interviews of this show like Michael.
It's similar to the US when media was all about Ben H and projecting a positive image.
The negative image guy never gets the gig. Doesn't happen no matter how much "Repair" is being done.
If they recycle, they go with the person who has the clean image and is supported by media and Channel 10.

As for connection to K's S. No comment. I hope for better for Sam.
I've already compared the edit to her season and don't want to even go down the path of comparing the actual people.
Not a good look IMO.

I think it is just guys being guys...
But yes, it does affect Sam's image as well and Aussie media can be brutal and were brutal to her last year so I would hope her F1 would, after all, want to do what he has been made out to do and that is protect her.

but you clearly see he is at the money purse section......

it has been weeks that mags were sharks with him.... the endless (stupid IMO) olympic issue... the gossip with the hi-5 actress he never met...

He always remained family oriented for 4 months.

even the emily selfie was BS... she said she met SEVERAL boyS (plurial) that night. Plus they were posing for the picture, nothing cosy or flirty in there.

I guess if people do not like him, they will always see the worse no matter what and also dig out stuffs that he did years ago when he was young and love to party ... ahem... isn't what every young guy do at the same age? have a bachelor life?

As far as I am concerned, being associated with guys who look like no class act, partying, and drinking way too much versus a guy who has class ... I know where I stand

Do I know if he is perfect and if it is not an act? nope. I do not know the guy. But there is nothing so far that tells me that he was fake and not genuine with sam. His parents are adorable and the relationship they have look like incredible. His father is such a nice man. So associating nasty fake michael with such nice people does not make any sense.

It is as if people cannot stand he is rich and handsome. That is pure jealousy IMO. I really do not get it. It is not a crime to be rich and if he like nightlife, again where is the crime in that? To be perfect, does he has to be a 5-7 kinda guys?

sadly, he is not responsible for paparazii following him everywhere. I am not sure why he is automatically a fake and looking for fame because of that and if he use them, that is IMO a returned favor.

anyway... if sam prefer drunk people to be around, that is her choice I guess.

Class is very subjective, really.
Although I prefer to not refer to Kaitlyn, just as AAL, it's a recent example that is convenient to use. so many people think she has so much class to be a drunken jobless person, just look at the number of her followers!

And I think both Michael and Sash are projecting an image to make us think in a certain way. While Michael is selling himself as the family wanting to be the next TB, Sash is selling a non F1 image to throw people off. (Richie is more about doing his own thing)

I don't think either of M or S are bad, IMO, they are trying to sell different thing, and I just dont buy what M is selling.

I don't know it in the AU, but in general, football (I'm not American, so I don't use soccer, LOL) players are normally perceived as playboy. And I don't jealous Michael because he's rich, don't hate him, don't think it is not normal to be perceived as a playboy. I just dont like the image he's projecting.

I never ever liked Kaitlyn. like ever. same with nick. same with arie.

I can say that I am pretty much the rebel on this forum and I am pretty much always in the minority. It has been a long time since I was on the winning team but I was a couple of time with couple that lasted... ali/roberto, ashley/JP, andi/josh (even if I disliked andi like Kaithlyn), blake/sam (but I knew she was F1), emily/jeff (even if he turned out to be a big A**) and few other...

So I was not always wrong in my choices. But lately, I am very fooled with the edits it seems. Art/Mathilda is the most recent exemple.

Class is definitely subjective but for me it does not include crude gestures on a shark, drinking in a shoe... even if it is dave... sasha is associated with him and davey.

If he is such a bad guy, at least he does it in private and as far as I am concerned I will give him the benefit of the doubt until otherwise.

why is it so bad that michael tries to have a better image in public eyes... does anyone would do the same if opportunities came up? I am not sure to understand why it is bad and why it is mandatory fake guy.

if michael had flings before the show... well many guys did too. they are bachelors and good looking. again what is the big deal and why pointing fingers on michael only?

Do I believe michael is perfect? heck no! But I never put him in the category of fake or saint.

what worries me on the other hand is IF Sam truly said about dave: I had a couple of drink with him since the show ended and I cannot wait to catch up with you guys (including davey) ... THAT is definitely a concern.

Not sure why I am supporting Michael but yeah. Still do not understand the hate. The paps are all over him because he buys nappies for his niece but what is he suppose to do, don't buy them? Oh yeah wait until his sister gets there so she can get them herself. He goes out to meet his parents for lunch, he goes out with his sister to purchase whatever(prob nothing to do with Sam) and he is playing to the paps. What is he suppose to do stay indoors until the final?

Sam had said that Michael is the best kisser. His date was the best in NZ. Her favorite date is an adrenaline date and then a picnic, it seems as though they had one. Should we blame Sam for all the misdirects?

I think that word gets misused.

I know contestants who actually get hate from viewers with comments like "I hope you die" and "kill yourself".

Michael has no hate that I see.
Media doesn't care for him and some viewers don't.

But hate?
Hardly.
Michael is sitting pretty, imo, as are all the guys from this show.

I remember a contestant on Sam woods season who was also comstantly followed by paps . People all felt sorry that her privacy was being invaded and the paps were at fault for following her everywhere.
I guss its one rule for all and another rule for Michael
