So if that article is to be believed, he fled the scene and was hiding in someone's home and wouldn't come out without a search warrant? WTH? If it's true then he must've been drunk and waiting for the alcohol to leave his system, because otherwise it makes no sense.

Wooooooow. He did himself no favors there. Stupid, stupid decision. While wasted most definitely.

He's in deep $hit regardless. But much better and wiser to stay at the scene of the crime, try to help and face the music.

This is so tragic. He'll have the most tragic end to any Bachelor lead ever, huh?

What's tragic is that an innocent man died in hospital while Chris hid in someone else's house like a coward and refused to leave until a warrant forced him to. Not that Chris is finally going to get what he deserves for drinking and driving and fleeing the scene on MULTIPLE occasions.

Agreed 1000%. Everything about this is tragic. Tragic that this is his end and his legacy, is what I mean.

The "most eligible Bachelor in all of America 2015." LMAO. Sad.

He must have really panicked. He is in big trouble for many reasons. He killed someone. Fled the scene. Hid out in a house? Uh oh. So many wrongs there. The law doesn't care if you panic and fled the scene. You have committed many felonies. His family must be horrified.

We don't know that Chris was drinking and driving so I'd be careful about making a statement about that right now. We'll know soon enough.

A few articles have stated he had open alcoholic beverages in his car, I believe. That's illegal in most states, regardless. I think it's a safe assumption he was drunkity drunk drunk.
