I liked Amber, even though she was a bit needy on Bachelor in Paradise.  She was a good sport and seemed open to the experience.  

She also seemed to me, to be looking for an actual relationship, as opposed to just actively trying to create a larger and more lucrative social media presence.

I'm sure I'm missing something, but how does it confirm she's eliminated? She probably is, but since Nick was able to use SM all through last season's taping, why wouldn't Amber be allowed the same action?

The difference is Nick was on SM right from the the start when he showed up on Kaitlyn's season. This is the first time Amber has been on SM since filming began.

While I'm not disputing she may have been eliminated, we can't just assume she is because she's allowed on social media.

Since we don't know a significant number of the ladies involved, we can't monitor their social media. And therefore can't assume that they are all forbidden from using it. Maybe the producers are letting them post or retweet innocuous, superficial things.

We just have no way of knowing for sure at this moment.
