Yes, we would have to know where Becca is on the story board to know how long she may stay.  From a few sources (RJ and RS) it was stated early on she wouldn't make it to HTD's.  It made me curious if Becca knows and/or negotiated the terms for her appearance on the show or she is unaware of her part (like the others).  Probably all a moot question at this point, she clearly is getting some attention from Ben by getting the wedding dress 1:1 in Vegas epi.  

I think those are very good questions. She may be there to see if there's anything between her and Ben since everyone knew how much she was crushing on him, but it's also possible TPTB had other plans for her, knowing Ben isn't interested in her. I've said it several times way back when, I won't be surprised if she's TOG 2.

I'm just not seeing that unless they want to turn off viewers. People are going to catch on that some things are pre-planned if they have b2b seasons with the f2 coming back and making it to f2. Nothing exciting about that imo.

I really doubt that they asked Ben who he wanted them to bring back, GA. They always seem to like to surprise the lead in those situation.

Did Becca contact TPTB and ask to be on Ben's season or did they approach her? Or do we know?

He kept Amber for this long too, though, and judging from that hug, there was zero connection there. I think it's just too early to know whether Becca is a producer pick or a Ben pick. If she makes it to F4, I'll agree there must be some connection b/c you can't fake chemistry that far into it. I still really don't see her being even close to Nick though. I think she got the wedding date to play up the drama ("omg, she isn't even supposed to be here and she got the wedding date?"), but that doesn't really tell me her connection on chances of winning are any better than kacie's. If GA is correct and Ben was given a bunch of names for returnees, he probably just chose the two that he felt would be least annoying to deal with, not necessarily the two he actually liked. If Becca was enough of a "Nick", aka someone who would be a instant frontrunner and would cause jealousy and drama, they wouldn't have brought Amber on too, IMO. It would be like if they brought back Nick and some rando, first night eliminee.

Becca initiated the conversation in August. It may have even been in July, but I know that there was communication before they announced Ben as the Bachelor.

Yes, and this goes to show you, the returnee storyboard was in place before Ben himself knew he was TB.

CS's lead did a pretty good fake job to take him to F3.

I was literally just about to post about that! From what I was told, Kaitlyn talked to producers when Becca told her she was very interested in Ben.

It's interesting how Becca and Kaitlyn are so close. Knowing Becca, Kaitlyn was literally the last person from CS' season I thought she'd be best friends with. Becca is incredibly friendly and warm, and she'll be friends with literally everyone, and I definitely could see her strong friendship with Whitney coming, but Kaitlyn? NOT.AT.ALL. In no way am I suggesting that Kaitlyn is a horrible person, but let's just say that Becca doesn't have any super close friends that are as obnoxious as Kaitlyn. Not even close.

Thanks for sharing RJ. I was surprised that Becca and Kaitlyn became such good friends as well. I think in life sometimes the friendships we expect the least, turn out to be the best because they reflect something we miss in ourselves or our life. Often those can turn out to be the strongest friendships.

I was a bit surprised that Becca and Kaitlyn were besties!  They seem very different.  I was really rooting for Becca and Chris, but now I'm glad she dodged that bullet!  

It seems like the Bachelors and Bachelorettes don't even know what dates they are going on until they get there. So I definitely think the producers had a lot to do with Becca's wedding dress date. Becca seems like a nice girl but it just bothers me that they bring on returnees. I know it's been said on here a lot but I really hope she's not F2 like Nick.

I wonder if Becca is shy/reserved like they portrayed her last season, or more outgoing than they showed? I know she didn't seem that happy with her edit. Jade was also more reserved but Becca seems a little more outgoing than her, not that either way is bad or anything. I can see why her and Kaitlin get along, Kaitlin seems like a fun friend to have.
