That was Bri and Nic.  I don't think Bri lives in Vancouver.  I believe they live near Kaitlyn's Mom.

**Edited: I think they do live in Vancouver because Bri's IG account says she works in Vancouver.  I thought when Bri and Kaitlyn did their snapchat's they were at Kaitlyn's mom's house.  Am I totally confused...doesn't Kailtyn's mom not live in Vancouver?

I could be complete off-base, but here's what I've gathered: Kaitlyn lives in Vancouver, her mom lives in/near Kelowna, her dad lives in Leduc, and Haley is in Alberta. I also thought Bri lived in Vancouver, but in that periscope Kaitlyn did the other day a lot of people asked why they were going to Toronto. (I couldn't see or hear Kaitlyn, but other people could at least hear her so I read all of the comments and a lot of people were asking her about a trip to Toronto.) So maybe the birthday party was in Toronto? It would make sense that wasn't in Vancouver because it appears S&K spent the night in someone's home rather than her apartment.

I know in Kaitlyn's last Periscope she did from the hotel in Boca she said they were going to Toronto next. The house they were in last night was Bri's house, they Periscoped from there before, before the finale when she and Bri did some Periscopes together. Confusing.

I wonder if k no longer has that apt in Vancouver because she just snapped Bri's little Yorkie protecting the red toy (from Shawn I presume) and said she's protecting her house.

And I guess Haley still lives in Leduc?  I thought she living somewhere else in Alberta, but I think she's still in Leduc...at least some website reported her hair salon is in Leduc.

@Alanna - I wonder if Kaitlyn had her utilities shut off if she had plans to be in Nashville for several months? Maybe that's why they didn't go to her apartment?

Toronto is a long way from Vancouver, 4 hours minimum direct flight. Maybe they will be attending a function of some sort. I asked because I didn't know if she had family in Toronto and I may have missed it.

That seems plausible. Because otherwise, why would she stay in VanCity but not in her own apt? Ah well. Obviously, there's a lot we're missing to this story.
