Another reason why shilling products makes no difference to me when you see smart decisions like this. I have no idea what their financial status is, but I'm well aware of what's involved in purchasing land, and building a house. You need to be financially strong with a healthy down payment on the whole project.

Plus it appears Tanner already owned a home, I would imagine he has some equity in that home if/when he sells it. These two are on the ball.

I admire them for really pursuing life and making a huge commitment with each other. Fair or not, when a person/couple has a real job other than reality star/SM personality I mind the schilling less. When it seems they just want to live off of us buying things so they can get paid, I get annoyed. Jade and Tanner bother me less because Tanner is still working his career. JMO.
