Talking about the outfit ... I have a serious question ... are those shoes comfortable, Manolo or CL? It's really a Q for all of you women who wear often high heels and I mean high like 6" ... does it hurt or you just get used of it? (silly me who chickened after first time of pain and gave up trying, so only 4" "for special occasions" for me)

It's subjective depending upon weight, age, condition of feet etc.
Have you ever seen the way SJP's feet/toes actually look? They are in terrible shape.

It really depends for each person. I can wear 4in heels comfortably every now and again. Anything higher than that requires a platform for me to be comfortable it. Some people have some pretty gnarly feet thanks to the constant heels. Personally, give me a good wedge any day over a heel.

Yeah, I wondered if the height plays a role, I guess weight very much, but I should be used of "standing on toes" since my ballet background, but I have a "weird" sole or IDK, I still haven't got used of wearing heels and with 5'9" don't feel the necessity. Even 4" is too much for me and only got lucky with one pair that "magically fits". It's just, girls that I know that wear them every day say that they don't feel pain and I just don't get it, what's wrong with me, or aren't they telling the whole story. I mean to stand on the feet for longer period ... run in them. Boy, I prefer my converse and even flats aren't that comfortable for longer walks.
Thanks for answering - honestly - I wanted some more opinion, since the women in my family don't wear them either, so i don't have much reference.
P.S. wedges are much easier for me too ... what a difference the platform makes.

I messed up my right foot by wearing a pair of leather heels, not so much that they were high but they were pointed. I suffered for a year before treatments finally worked. I stay away from anything more than a couple of inches. It's just not worth it. My toes are messed up too. That's only from wearing them from early in the morning, till late at night. It was a busy day with several different meetings in different cities. By the time I got home, my feet were so sore. Thinking it was typical sore, but no, it just got worse. I had worn them several times before, with no problems.

Kasha: who is SJP? I'm curious.

Sorry so off topic, but that was such a painful long year for me.

I don't think I've ever worn over a 3" heel and don't even do that anymore. I love wedges though but even they aren't that tall. I work with some young women who love their heels but luckily I wear scrubs & sneakers.

I loved Jade's dress on her. I also thought her shoes were perfect albeit above my budget.

Thanks to all for sharing few more pointers. I agree Jade's beautiful in that dress and I like that "classic" style. Even on the show I remember she was always going for a simple (one color or a pattern) dress.
