You could tell she was completely shocked and blindsided - I genuinely think she thought she was going to win. I feel awful for her, and I think it's a huge cop out from Sam for him to act like he has no romantic feelings for her (he said that he was hoping their friendship would evolve into something more but that he didn't think it would, and when she told him she had stronger feelings for him than a friendship he didn't say anything back) when we've clearly seen on their dates that they had a strong connection.

Even though it was expected, it was such a shock. She was absolutely shocked to the core. Frozen. It was so much worse than I thought it would be. Poor Heather. Sam's an idiot.

As Warwick said, if it doesn't work out between you, then 6 months down the line Sam will have a lightbulb moment and realise what you meant to him... Or words to that effect.

Just don't let it be Lana.
