Looks like the vineyard outfit... but for HTD?

Because it's not a vineyard. How does this look like a vineyard? there are no grapes. It's probably Sasha's hometown.

It's Winter time. Wouldn't be grapes. And if not a vineyard it is definitely an orchard of some sort. The reason it was tied into vineyard was because of it being spoiled by DM that they went to a vineyard in NZ. We know now what it is b/c of previews.

Anyone knows when/if Sam has worn this top.  During Richie's SD she had a few ITM where she's stating she is happy, that she knows she can love again.

Not sure. But there are a lot of ITMs with Sam talking about Richie that were (likely) filmed later on. Her hair is always different, her clothes are, and her face is always fuller (cheeks).

Where is she looking.  Cheeky old woman..

I think this is post filming. Sam's hair at the bottom is much darker and yes AAL face is fuller

My guess at the moment - I think the screencaps at this point are showing Michael and Saha as F1 and F2.
Maybe the following;
HTD - Sasha - orchard
FD - Sasha - skydiving, Michael - swimming with sharks at aquarium, Richie - skiing
LCD - Sasha - ballooning/boating, Michael - white water rafting and hot spring
Missing piece is Richie in murky water
