He noted his F1 communicates with some of the girls.

Sam sounds happy & still in love in that K & O clip and it's a good thing that he said the attention will now be on Sammy Frost, better for him & his F1 to not have all the spotlight on them, JMO.

ETA, I always like that the girls remain close post show, Blake's girls & Art's NZ girls remained close post show.

He's already said Snez in the DM article and is besties with Ebru who has just tweeted that F1 is Snez.
How anyone takes this guy seriously and there's no scandal that he is getting inside info is beyond me.
It would never fly in the US.

It's easy to be happy when it's 4 months on and these people barely knew each other.
It's the same ol, same ol.
It's why I find Sam now on the media trail now with his Heather comments as digging his own grave.
He needs to move on and focus only on his F1 and only that.
