IMO, the production team as whole is pointing at Heather F1 "the one to look" ... and the forces are aligned in one common goal: confuse us, make us guess, keep us on our toes, get us engaged in the conversation, root for our favorite, support the season > ratings=success=new deals ...
by pulling us in different directions by:

A) the edit:
1) accentuation on exterior (location, beauty, big gestures) ... physical attraction - passion - chemistry (gorgeous women, everybody ranks)
2) relat. with Sam: Snezana, Lana getting the "spark" edit - straight off the bat "fire"
3) relat. with Sam: Heather getting the "friend-zone" edit (from the initial conversation on ... despite their chemistry, romance, ...)
4) intensified scenes with Heather (without Sam, her PIs, ITMs, relationships with other women)

B) the media:
1) press (online too):
- tearing down the Lead, the contestants, the show ... making fun of the whole situation and putting doubt in the "reality"
- at the beginning emphasis on Heather (and the white rose effect), then on Snezana, now on Lana ... while other women are mostly "reserved" for drama (catty stories)
... also only Heather and Lana had an extended interview (while on the show)
- Heather named "fans' favorite" ... paparazzi pics and "goofy private photos" > criticism of her image, rumor/scoop about being a mole > showcasing her "acting" work, gossip about her hating Sam & the show, not being real and there for love, finally: reporting that she spilled the beans about the ending, while the reports of other outcome come out
- Snezana's beauty and motherhood praised and her image intact (despite an intent from a "source" spilling about her "cat-fight" with Bec)
- Lana's beauty, altruism and celebrity connections praised and her positive image maintained ... showcasing the "spark" with Sam and emphasizing how she's in the winning spot with Sam.
- celebrity psychic pinpointing Lana and Snezana, Snezana for the win (who pays him? ... and I really mean ...who is paying for his articles?)
- Sam's integrity, intentions and sincerity questioned and criticized.

2) Official sites: twitter/IG
- giving Heather major space/time advantage (even with no romantic content), followed closely by Snezana and Lana
- Osher publicly supporting/endorsing Heather, giving compliments and praises to Snezana and Lana

3) Radio:
- Heather majorly forefront - either: interviewed, hosts/Sam talking about her statements or other contestants asked about her, giving their opinion (using a lot of present tense and insinuating she could be in the relationship)
- Lana, following Heather in the radio-media exposure, asked mostly about her "intruder role" (situation), relationship with other girls and Sam (talking in past tense, but insinuating at the possibility of being F1 "maybe, maybe not")
- Snezana, little to none radio-exposure, people making fun of her name (and Osher pronouncing it wrongly every time he's on air, despite lecturing others) (talking in past tense, denying any possibility of being in contact with Sam)

This medium hangs out with all the Bach girls ... from S2 and now S3 .... and they are all "besties" (right ... how many best friends can a person have?) and he gives "periodic predictions" ... sorry if I don't take him seriously. I know it speaks in his favor, since he "needs" to be right ... and having access to more information he might "find his answers" just by "reading girls' behavior/BL" when he asks ... despite not seeing a valid point why would he say something that might not be true (unless money in play) ... I can't buy his version.
