I came across an old article on Sadie, mentioning she was engaged, but she doesn't have any pics of a b/f or wedding. scratch

That's the same one I came across. It's dated 2010, I couldn't find anything after that on a wedding or any pics of her b/f.

It's rare for Nick to post about attending a specific event as a VIP.
Most of the time knowledge of him being at an event comes from other people posting about it on SM or a rag mag mentioning it.

In the past 12 months
Nick's IG - only 2 times: Linda's Voice charity fundraiser event, and VMA
Nick's Twitter - once: Pitchfork after party in Chigago
He tweeted about MVA but didn't specifically say he was there. His comments could have been from watching on TV so unless someone went to his IG it would have been ambiguous.

There's a reveal on GMA tomorrow for the next cast member . If it is Allyson's partner, then IMO only Nick is out. I doubt they would reveal Nick on GMA. This is not the same as the full cast introduction on Wed Sept 2 on GMA. hmmm
