Do you have any idea who your partner could be or do you find out when everyone else does around the time of the "Good Morning America" reveal?

Both seasons I've been on the show, I have not met my partner until the day before the "GMA" announcement. What's kind of adorable about "GMA" is there's still kind of that awkwardness from everyone, it's like the first day at school. The pros, we know who our friends are, but you don't really know your partner that well yet. Everyone's getting to know each other.

Does training start before "GMA" or right after?

Usually right after. You would hope before, but we try to keep it even as far as time so it's not like someone has been working for a couple of weeks or something. They try to keep it pretty fair.

There're interviews and tweets proving that at least Bindi, Hayes Grier, Alexa and Carlos Pena are already practicing. Not really fair if there are others that haven't started yet. But DWTS doesn't play fair in most cases. They know who they want to push forward. That said, I still have no idea if Nick will be on or not. Allyson doesn't seem to be practicing.

I did some sleuthing earlier and tried to post about it, but don't know what happened.

Anyways, that @laconfident guy is from Chicago and is doing some type of experimental things in video and music. La Confident is also in software. Which makes me think that Nick may have met him via SF??? My hunch?
I think Nick was hanging out with la confident before during ATR
I think Notarose sleuthed about it way back.

This could indicate that he is NOT doing DWTS. Sorry to spoil the fun speculations.
Maybe, Nick will be doing some interesting video projects???
I think I am intrigued.

HL4E ... I don't think it was sleuthed "yet". They appeared during the Andi's season - so there was the speculation that he might be holding onto it because of his relationship with her (not true), then maybe because of Eric (who knows?) ... now he "doubled" the amount of bracelets he puts on ... so IDK if there is any particular reason ... many women comment on it that he should get rid of them, that it's not "manly enough" ... but it's to be said, that it's very "in" - trendy - right now for men wearing those "woody" bracelets (really don't know if there's philosophy behind them ... his family (and him) are catholic but they also accept "holistic (eastern) approach" to life)

HappyLove4evr, the bracelets are the in thing. My son, wears them all the time. Whether he's dressed casual or dressed business for work, he wears them and has a variety of colours. IMO there isn't any special meaning to them.
