There are probably several yellowy blondes, but it could be Olivia.

I found it on Twitter. Figured the source was in the picture so I wouldn't have to cite it

It looks like that woman's hair is too long to be Olivia. You can tell that the hair is curved over her shoulder, if you look on the right.

Is the most recent photos of her with her hair bobbed? Some of her photos have it much longer.

loveactually9 posted this on Page 2 of Olivia's thread, on Sept. 27.  So, it looks like her hair is longer, past her shoulders currently...  Unless she cut it before going on the show and most lengthen not shorten when getting ready to leave for filming.

So while I'm sure there will be plenty of other blondes to compare that picture with later, I not sure I would rule her out yet, until we have more to go on.
