The flip side that's always interesting is the people who don't lose interest in the couple or their behaviors, so they are "following" for the reason of finding new reasons to not like them. That's even more odd as a cultural/behavioral phenomenon.

And I'm not preaching -- we boardies have all done that for our own reasons.

Indeed, just thinking on this Following/Discussing Horrible Almost Famous People trait (I have!) this morning caused me to click on the People Water site -- the Drop for Drop pledge is completely re-written from 2012 post show NONSENSE and MISLEADING ca-ca, and Jef H. is long gone from the company, so I decided that post show following people you hate has real world impact if you just make it a Cause. HA! (I'm kidding and just trying to laugh at myself)

The thing is, if someone tells you on periscope that they are a new fan (and were previously team Nick) you should thank them. You don't say, "How could anyone be team Nick?" because that is putting down your fans who are trying to talk to you. Maybe they aren't concerned with making money because some LA Times writer said on her twitter that Kaitlyn's step father has oil money and he supports her financially. I don't know if that is true- the reporter said allegedly. I'm only saying if some of the theories expressed here are true- that K & S want to make money from being so present on SM then they should not bite the hand that feeds them IMO. Say what you will about Kim K but she has always been very gracious to her fans.

If he's home watching their 30 minute rambling periscopes to see if they take 5 seconds of that to comment on him I feel sorry for him.  But I don't think he is.  He seems very far from their minds and I would hope the same is true for him.  

And Since all opinions are allowed - mine is other people's worlds do not revolve around Nick.  snipped..  I have no interest in talking about him anymore but all the discussion here revolves around him so on this board it's hard to put the subject of Nick to rest if one wants to participate.  But outside of here, I don't think he's dominating the pop culture discourse or is such a unique individual that people just an't stop talking about him.  JMO.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by putting the subject to rest? You'd like discussion to evolve around everything except the F2? Anyone can discuss whatever they like.

This is a very good point. He says what he thinks at that moment in time, however, being in the spotlight there will always be those who will scrutinize every word they say. It must be difficult to be live on TV after leading a relatively normal life, so I can see him not being comfortable.

Sad to me that the Kardashians have amassed such a large revenue for being narcissistic egomaniacs.  

Ever since Jerry Springer hit the air, we continue to celebrate scripted freaks.  Kaitlyn will fit right in.     J/k, kinda.  

Hahaha oh gosh! These two every snapchat videos they have . The alcohol never been out of the pictures  . And now they are at the lake with others and at the yatch I think  . Always playing and having fun hehe .. Lol life is always a party to both of them . Living the life  ..

I don't hate K S. Do I dislike some of their actions ? Yes. Do I think some of their answers rude? Yes.
I am all for celebrating life and I do think they are perfect for each other. Now just hope they don't drink and drive, and don't drive and do sm at the same time either.

I just could never picture Ashley and JP doing this. It says something about one's maturity level IMHO.

I'm personally really worried about their livers. Also, didn't someone say that they would be going on a fishing trip where they would be taking a break from the phones? I knew that was crazy talk.

Cha-ching! Perhaps they are attempting to make themselves into paid promoters of alcoholic beverages? There are not many places for advertising booze and certainly not a boozy lifestyle that they seem to now personify. Maybe this is a calculated move to make inroads into social media advertising. Though it is offensive to me personally, I can see where this might be a lucrative direction for them. Plenty of twenty-somethings who fantasize about living the party life....or who actually do.

ETA...notice that the brands are all covered by fingers.....could this be an accident?
