While I think Shawn and Kait are a good match lifestyle wise, he knows he's essentially the cuckold and deep down it bothers him. He wouldn't be propping up his own manliness by putting down Nick's, if that wasn't the case. If he really is a beta like Patti Stanger said, then maybe they'll work out. But if he's an alpha, or wants to be one, then there's only so long he'll be able to deal with Kait wearing the pants in the relationship. She's already mothering him too. I don't think he looks as enthusiastic about Kait right now as she does about him, but it might just be because of his perma-hangover. We'll see.

I agree completely about K & Chris.  I think the only one of them on CS's season that would have "maybe" been willing to move to the farm was Whit...and we all see how that turned out.  However, I don't think that's all on Whit and not wanting to move....

I have to laugh about those that thought Becca was a better fit.  No way in hell was she moving to the farm....EVER!  

And I can only think of one person that has walked away from this show/fame and gone completely off the charts, Chantal O'Brien from Brad 2.0.  I'm guessing there are others...but she's the one that probably went the farthest and did it.

Yeah and liked Chantal Obrien and Brad too, but there are quite a number of them Sean F2 Linsay Yenter also comes to mind.

Becca I never took serious with her relationship inexperience, lack of interest in Chris. Whitney bless her heart she was overly enthusiastically but had good intentions and yes she was the only one interested in moving to Iowa

It's funny because when K was writing all those blogs and avoiding talking about Nick, people were saying that Shawn is the one calling the shots and is the Alpha. Color me confused.

Well I never thought Shawn was calling the shots. If anything, Kait felt guilty and wanted to avoid even thinking about Nick. I think their post-show media has shown that she's very much the overbearing one calling the shots, and I think those roles were established back in Ireland when Kait told Shawn she'll keep exploring and he went back out with his tail between his legs and accepted the rose.

Yeah, safe to say Kaitlyn and a few others bought followers. It's always obvious when their Twitter followers are like 1/3 of that .

Becca screenshotting it like it's an important PSA is embarrassing.

Ok, because I know some were blaming Shawn for that here initially, but not you.  

Anyway, that's their problem to figure out what their relationship is.  I think he's just more laid back and lets her take the lead.  Time will tell what happens.

ETA: I do think people can be both. He may be an Alpha in his relationships with his guy friends but be willing to take a beta role in his relationship with Kaitlyn.

If that is "goals", to screenshot and let the world know about SM followers then IMHO, these people's goals and thus their lives are empty. You don't take that to your grave. It doesn't last. It has no real value. It only serves to feed the ego and little else.

It's why I think both Shawn and Kaitlyn are perfect for one another and are faking their way to fame.

They both want to be the center of attention, before, during, and after the show: 'Bachelor' Shawn had to sign his email when he quit work and have it somehow sent to RS for the world to see...

.... and now they have to snapchat their relationship because theirs is not a relationship between two people invested in one another... it is a relationship between two self-centered egos invested in getting their egos stroked by the masses...

I was actually looking for something else (related to the December trip to Maui - I wanted to see when this upcoming season of DWTS would be over) and about half the links about season 21 had speculations about Kaitlyn being on it - potentially replacing Caitlyn Jenner who appears to have turned it down.

IMO it would be a very smart strategic move for her to do it if offered the chance. Based on the last two (Sean and Chris S) making the top 6 or so when they really couldn't dance, I think Kaitlyn could do very well - the finals (even if she's not that good) or better if she really is good. That would be an excellent resume addition that could really establish her in her own dance studio and provide a nice career for her - doing something she loves to do. Shawn could easily combine a gym or fitness training tie in to a dance studio and IMO they could do very well - probably this would be the best opportunity for both of them.

As for meeting women and needing a show to do so? None of them do. And Tenley is already got her hands and eyes on Ben H and who knows who else is already with whomever else... so the point is moot, imo.

Well at least he is not at home looking into his coffee.  You go Nick if you can find someone away from the Mason butchers do it.
