Shocked not because of the "suspense", just because the audience have seen a jealous and bad Shawn all season, they are shocked why the Bachelorette chose this guy, and would not be rooting for the final couple.

I think most of the others said it upthread, Kait messed with the production, they got their payback now. ABC doesnt seem to want the viewer to like this couple.

So happy to see them being so honest with each other.
