ITA. At this point, I'd be surprised if it wasn't Nick. Ben H. may have been in contention early on, but I don't think he has been in contention since the ATFR.

The fact that he shot that speculation and the Andi speculation down immediately makes me think he is the Bachelor.

Or maybe he's just single? IMO, but after this year and last year, Nick could use a relationship break and I hope he just has some fun for a bit. Seems like he was out mingling in NYC (even if it wasn't with me laugh out loud

but if you look at the lyrics to the iTunes song he recommended (an exercise in profanity) or watch the vid (balloon/bubble heads) there are definitely mixed messages being sent.
The same has been observed by some regarding tweets he favs - not consistent.

Not sure if Ben H's dad having open heart surgery is a factor at all. Depends if he was/is truly being considered.

That song doesn't sound like Nick to me at all. Could it be someone pretending to be Nick? Can accounts be hacked?

He posted something similiar a long time ago and his bros Sam & James can also be quite off side on SM. James more so (he had a frontal nudity - himself - water challenge vid on Facebook) but he's only 21 There were also subtle things on screen that make this not so odd ... a quick little exchange between Sam & Nick during the HTD was in keeping with the above.
Anyhoo, sounds like Nick to me. He has diverse taste in music plus some of his photoshoot pics are provocative. Not at all typical of most guys from the show. He doesn't seek mass approval through "political correctness".
