Has anyone read the article? It's not possible to buy online from Europe. I can buy magazines from all over the world but not from US.

Nick would not be a very effective bachelor IMO and if you remotely like him,don't wish this trainwreck on him. This show breaks more than it makes this pple.

The ending will never be refreshing. It is going to be the diarrhea of water cooler the next day

A season of Nick as the lead would be a ratings gold mine. Just think of the number of women BEHAVING like him in order to get to the final two. (As "sedated" as Nick was this season, there were MORE guys who had issues about him on Andi's season than Joshua and Shawn this time around.)

Bachelor In Paradise, which simply replaced the ol' Bachelor Pad, is Fleiss' "wave for the future". Who cares if there's a happy ending? They didn't bother broadcasting the Siegfried wedding and they are arguably the most "lovable" couple from this franchise.

No... the average ABC viewer needs more than "romance" and Neil Lane to get them to ignore their phone or laptop for two hours on Monday nights. I still question if Kait and Nick really did have sex in the "physical sense" since HE is acting like nothing happened on screen. (I mean... he was hardly touching her when they visited his family, as if they are simply platonic friends.) Yet the "immorality", per the more conservative viewers who are outraged that Kait-didn't-wait (for fantasy overnight at least) got many tweeters in an uproar that a few even "hated Kaitlyn to death".

One thing that tickled me about the MTA interview (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GliHbOUiSvk ) was her comments about "actors and actresses" having to develop a thick skin for negative social media. Does that mean Kaitlyn has been "acting" a lot this season? They WANTED a "controversial Bachelorette" after all. Also she set her self up with Jimmy Kimmel on her post-Costco date with Chris Soules by comparing the fantasy dates to test-driving cars... and Kimmel saying God made Chris the bachelor for a reason (to "make love" to multiple women). This time, THEY decided to "turn the tables" with a WOMAN in the "driver's seat" and All of America was outraged.

On a more serious note, I also recall how Trista Renn (later Sutter) got a lot of heat for simply BEING a Bachelorette "dating" multiple men. She had a LOT to say in her interviews with Mister Harrison about The Double Standard.

I think she was using refreshing when the foiler was still out there. You know the humiliating proposal might still be in regards to Shawn - making him wait so long or something happening during his proposal, or the proposal not being so romantic who knows. Can't assume anything until we see the article.

I thought her referring to the ending as "refreshing" could have been a clue that she ended up with the attraction/connection at first sight guy. The guy she went through turmoil with so to speak.

That could work too - she keeps emphasizing how real their relationship is with all its highs and lows.

Also she consistently ignores the Nick's part of the story, so most likely when she was talking about the ending being refreshing she wasn't considering Nick at all. Jmo

I haven't been following this thread lately, so I missed this interview a few weeks ago. I'm sure it was discussed quite a bit already and I am just tardy to the discussion.
