The former Bachelorette contestant asked Blaustein, “I can say that?”

"There's no turning back now,” Rosenbaum said.

“She is absolutely gorgeous,” Rosenbaum conceded. “The attraction was there from the get-go."

Hebert, a 26-year-old aspiring dentist who lives in Philadelphia, accepted Rosenbaum’s marriage proposal on Monday’s season finale of ABC's The Bachelorette. JP popped the question after Ashley turned down a proposal from the other finalist, 28-year-old winemaker Ben F. of Sonoma, Calif.

I watched RTVZone tonight just to hear what ashley spiney had to say

well.............

Ashley wanted to sent ben home earlier but the producers said that what was needed was another man to propose. She said that she could not say more than that because she was still under contract

1. ashley spiney knew all along because RTVZone was TONIGHT live and if she knew this info it must be before the finale. I do not see ash texting ashley spiney to tell that now in the middle of the crazyness medias

2. ash never wanted to humiliate ben and the producers put her on this position

Some said that it is very possible that the producers played ben saying that ashley was falling etc .... and possibly told ashley that in order for ben to be next bachelore he needed to propose and be rejected

what you think? possible? .... heck yeah!

I totally believe it. Once I saw Ben leaving in that pathetic little boat, I knew that this whole thing was carefully orchestrated by the producers to humiliate him. There's talk on the Ben thread now that Ash should have just defied producers if that was so, and stopped the proposal anyway. What do you think would have happened had she done that? Would she be in violation of her contract?

I can't believe she went along with the whole F2 proposal like the producers wanted her to and then they still gave her a bad edit and didn't tell her the truth about Bentley. no no

I'm still not over the boat scene either.

no I do not think so. I think she still could have force them but lets remember that she was emotionally drained by her sister drama and after many weeks of traveling too. I am not sure she had the will to do it and by now the producers know perfectly how to play and use them. Why so many alumni are sooooooooooo angry with them after the show??? Why so many F2 like ChrisL never wanted to be the bachelor

oh and BTW... Graid said that frank wanted to get out wayyyy wayyy before he did and told him that he was still in love with his ex.... but producers played him. We knew he wanted to be out before the fantasy but maybe he wanted to be out wayyyy sooner than that....

ETA: Jason was pretty vocal about the fact that the producers lie and play them... strange since he will be judge of TBP2?
