I also think that, even though she might have decided on Shawn beforehand, she wasn't ready to let go of Nick yet. I remember Jason saying he had decided on Melissa before the LCD/meeting Ty and his family, but it was obvious that he wasn't ready to let go of Molly yet. I think a similar thing will happen here.

So are you guys thinking that this will be a full off Mesnick?  Honestly I can't see it.

I personally don't think so. Unless this is a very elaborate hoax, it's really hard to explain the Canada pants that Shawn wore, Jillian's change in tone against Nick, Kaitlyn continuing to be very pro-Shawn in her blogs and Periscopes, Nick hanging out with a bunch of half-naked women on July 4th, K/S looking to be in a SHV-like env't on the same day, etc. My only point was that I personally disagree with people that think that Kaitlyn was checked out with Nick; I think she still had strong feelings for him and wasn't ready to let him go. Maybe what I'll see at the LCD/FRC will change my mind, but I don't think so. From what Ali has said and the tabloid saying that the rejection took 1 hour, I don't think this is a run of the mill finale; I think that both N/K had a Molly/Jason type of breakup, where they were both heartbroken.

From his perception of producing the Bachelor/Ette for many years he felt that Kaitlyn was definitely more in tune with Nick.  When asked who he thought she would choose at the end, he chose Nick even with knowing all the spoilers.  His analysis of the family visits and each of the cast was quite fascinating.  To me it seems very obvious that Kaitlyn chose Shawn because of snapchat, sm etc etc etc but it gave me pause for thought listening to someone who knows all the secrets.  Regardless of the ending there is no doubt that Kaitlyn had strong feelings for both guys.  I think the real problem is that Kaitlyn is like a kid in the candy store and she really is struggling with which candy do I want to eat "for the rest of my life."  Anyway the the rejection goes down it is going to be brutal and very hurtful for the rejectee.  Regardless that they all signed up for this, people are people, emotions are emotions and I am sure that for these 3 people it all felt very real in the moment.  Even though I have a bias toward one over the other and I am not impressed with Kaitlyns behavior post show.....  I wish them all well.  As always....JMO
