I think his point was the same that Andi made to JP. Nick knows that Kaitlynwill be going on overnights with other guys and will most likely be having sex with them. That doesn't mean he wants or needs to hear about it and when it happened. It's just rubbing it in, IMO.

If I remember correctly, Shawn knew Nick had an overnight date, and still went over to confront him about his preconceived notions that he held on Nick. Shawn went on and on about Nick, that he was a manipulator, a bad person, etc. When Nick said "with all due respect you haven't taken the time to get to know me." Shawn responded "I don't want to get to know you.". Yet, Shawn still thinks he is right in his assumptions even though he admitted he doesn't really know Nick.

I think Shawn brought up the fact that he spent the night with Kaitlyn as a way to hurt Nick, and I think Nick picked up on it.

Kaitlyn is obviously downplaying the feelings she had for Nick to preserve her relationship with Shawn. If it works for them, who can blame her. Just feel bad for Nick in this case

I don't think she's downplaying anything. Regardless of how conflicted she thought she was and maybe she was torn 50/50 by them when they were filming, I think her behavior with each of them is really clear. It is probably all subconscious but she is giddy, crazy and over the moon in all her happy scenes with Shawn and his family, and "normal" with Nick and his family. Watching it, there's no way her heart was conflicted imo, and she probably recognizes it now post-show as well.

Yeah I just think it's an interesting look for him when he went on a nationwide tour after Andi's season and on insta after the episode earlier this season promoting sexual honesty.

that's probably true, I was just commenting on Nick seeming fake and acting like it offended him that Shawn brought it up, I thought that part was laughable.

If kaitlyn have to hide her true feelings that the relationship is starting to get stifling already, what a pity.

When did Nick go on a Nationwide tour about sex ???? I have followed him over a year now and this is the first I have heard of this.

I was being facetious referring to his talking to every media outlet possible after the AFTR, that long post on Sean Lowe's blog, this instagram..
As a non follower of Nick it definitely seemed like the only thing I heard him talk about.

It is evident that Kaitlyn had (and obviously continues to have) stronger feelings for Shawn. But she is absolutely denying how strong her connection with Nick was with how she has treated him since the show started airing. She dedicates a NOVEL to Shawn in each of her blogs whereas it seems she would rather get her teeth pulled than have to talk about her experience with Nick. I don't hold anything against her. If that's what it takes to make the relationship work, then that's her prerogative. It just sucks for Nick

He did the required media rounds that he was contractually had to do. He did a lecture at a college that had nothing to do with the show. Yes he did do the blog with Sean. But other than that he went back to work and lived his life outside the bubble Bach.

I actually don't think it started when the show started airing, since she defended him in all the interviews she did after the initial promo was released and even said that they were the closest two people can be that had never met. I remember thinking that the "she picks no one" spoiler was wrong and she was with Nick, just based she smiled in interviews when his name came up. It was around snap-chat that her interviews and blogs did a 180 in regards to Nick. Whether it was because Nick didn't know about Shawn (doubtful), Shawn/Kaitlyn started having problems after seeing Nick/Kaitlyn interaction on-screen., or Nick/Kaitlyn having some kind of fight post-filming, I feel like something has changed.

I know the common opinion has been that it's because of Shawn and his jealousy and I definitely think that plays a part, but I don't think that's all it is, just because of that Ryan Seacrest interview where she happily talked about her sexual exploits.

But unless Kaitlyn & Shawn are married, he will not be able to work here without the appropriate visas. I'm sure the same goes for Kaitlyn in the US, but she may be better set up, given she's already been working in the US filming B'ette.

My guess is that she already has some sort of visa just from simply being on the show. Also, her family stays in Arizona in the winter time, so they already have some sort of status here.

I am Canadian as well and as a fact, Canadians can stay in the USA for a continuous period of not more than 5 months and 3 weeks at a time within a year. My mom goes and stays in Arizona from the first week in Nov to the last week in March. She does that each and every year.
