I don't have screencaps right now, but in the short clips you can see the guy holding the round ring has on a blue tie outlined in black.
When you see Shawn in the limo he's got a black tie on. So I'm pretty confident the ring shown was Nick's.

Watching Becca live on Periscope and she just commented "ooooh she called Nick first".

I think Kaitlyn was all over the place, the edit is making it seem cut and dry but I don't think so. She's too ITM for all that.

Like I've said, knowing the spoiler DEFINITELY changes the way you view things. For fun, I went back and read Des's finale episode thread and it was pretty much filled with people being like "Oh, man, Des and Chris have ZERO chemistry", "her body language just gives it away that she's not into Chris at all", "It's definitely Brooks or no one for her, you can tell". Had we been incorrectly spoiled that Nick was the winner, we would be saying things like "Wow, she's really overacting with Shawn. Def not as natural when she's with Nick!", "wow, you can tell when she said 'promise' that she wanted to say something back'.

I also do think Kaitlyn's feelings for Nick were pretty strong. I think that if it was Shawn and she never wavered, she would have fought to bring Ben to F2. She doesn't seem like an intentionally hurtful person and I don't think she would do that to Nick if she knew 100% it was Shawn. I think she's like Ali - 95% Shawn, but Nick still has a piece of her heart.

Just now watching Nick's HTD. Kait sold them a bill of goods if she was truthful at the RC when she said she was in love with one man, and led Nick's family to believe she wouldn't have brought him to the final if she wasn't feeling it.

So, either she wasn't sure, or she lied to Nick's family, or somewhere Shawn manipulated the situation. The reason I say Shawn manipulated the situation is there's one thing that MF is consistent on, and that is taking the cast member's words and showing the hypocracy of their words (irony) . Shawn has accused Nick of being manipulative since he appeared, and Shawn's edit shows that Shawn is the one manipulating Kait with the threat of leaving.
