The Bachelorette 11 - Kaitlyn Bristowe - Epi 9 July 13th - *Sleuthing - Spoilers*

^^^^ Maybe shawn "has it all" too AND she is in love with him. Nick might have it all "on paper" but she is not in love with him.

My take was so different. She had a great date with Nick. It was so much more personal than sex gate. IMO, she was taken by surprise at Shawn's Eskimo mentality. The only way to level the playing field was to remind Nick, his character has been questioned by the guys. That made the surprise have less impact. IMO Through this entire journey, I honestly have not seen a moment that she wasn't entirely into Nick. If she felt S was a better fit overall, then S it is. I do think her decision to pick between S and N was DEFINITELY a struggle.

I think she decided on Shawn very early on, because he was completely her type. However, I think that was smitten by Nick and distracted by him, although she didn't want to be, because she probably knew that he wasn't the popular choice and she knew that a relationship with him would be something very different for her.

Like, I said, I think Kaitlyn will be surprised at how devastated and emotional she gets when she lets Nick go. I think her feelings for him were much stronger than she wanted to admit to herself.

Would someone help me, the time zones and the air slot are confusing me. Does the episode first air i 2½ hours, or am I completely wrong?

The episode will air on ABC at 8pm EDST(eastern daylight savings time)

Yes, it will air in about 2 hours 15 min first for the East Coast.

As far as Nick goes. IMO, it's pretty obvious that she isn't into him as she is Shawn per the last convo that she and Nick had where she was obviously PO'd with how Nick was talking about Shawn. As I had said all along, the only reason Nick is there is to bring the Drama.

Yes, there will be a FD with Ben first and then with Shawn, and right, all the drama...

Apparently, she does talk to Shawn in tonight's episode about why he hates Nick so much and (I think) asks him about the whole eskimo brothers thing, since Shawn says "don't ever say my name to Kaitlyn again" to Nick. Unless that's totally producer-initiated, I do think that Kaitlyn isn't just totally siding with Shawn over Nick.

And, IMO, Kaitlyn seemed pretty pissed with Shawn too in last week's episode. She told him that they needed to take a step back, didn't understand why he needed all this reassurance, rolled her eyes in her ITM when the producer told her that Shawn was coming, and even said "if someone feels like they can't be here, they shouldn't be here". I wonder that if the spoiler wasn't out, if we would all be seeing things a bit differently.

Maybe it would of seen a "bit" different, but on the other hand, I have and still see her as wanting Shawn the most. Nick was just a distraction and for me anyways a major annoyance. He's the one that brought the drama and a poop disturber. IMO, Kait has only been into Shawn for a long time now. It was pretty plain from her reactions last week...she`s lost interest in him for long term.
