She likened Nick to Reid and said Shawn insecure and clingy but it is due to the show probably and that he is a manly guy.

Don't think she knows what she is talking about as she was basically talking outside both sides of her mouth.

I'm pretty sure Ed is still pretty known in Chicago for being a cheater, so I don't know how "fine" he's doing these days. And, yeah, she herself said that she used to pressure Justin to put a ring on it (also admitted that she used to pressure Ed to get married) and now has stopped. It honestly just seems like he's annoyed with her most of the time and is using her for her big house (where she's not at half the time, so I wouldn't be shocked if he's cheating on her).

What good is it if you have a physically "strong" man if he's an as*hole to you?

Could very well be true and then I'd be saying the same thing about them. JMO sucking up and being a puppet for TPTB line makes him less attractive to me. Being a bit less predictable and edgy makes me want to see more of them. JMOAA I'm hoping they haven't made a final decision yet about the next lead.
