Next, it was time for the first fantasy suite date, which went to Nick. As someone who was skeptical of him, at this point how did you feel?
Harrison: I was definitely skeptical of Nick the entire time. I fall into the guilty category where he hasn't done much wrong to make me feel this way, other than it's the hair on the back of your neck standing up, something doesn't smell right. But at the same time, he's never done anything to Kaitlyn. Yes, he's rubbed people the wrong way, but all he has done is love her. So this is when I started to be swayed and thought, you know what? The last time I saw this guy, all he did was fall in love with Andi and she broke his heart. We didn't love the way he came back and went after her, but that was his broken heart and he was hurt. So why do we not like this guy who hasn't done anything wrong? I'm beginning to believe he's just in love. I think at times it appears he's moving pieces around a chessboard and is pushing buttons to get what he wants, so there is that hint of manipulation that reeks of insincerity. But it may just be how [he comes off], so it's a tough call.

Interesting to see how the writer focused on Kaitlyn and Nick while U.S. stuff is focused on Shawn vs Nick.  A love vs drama priority approach to reporting.
Reminds me of the discussion we had on this thread about cultural differences/perspective.

The pics of K&N's FD date are so cute; and the little "morning after" scene was so normal couple. I still like K, but she totally picked the wrong guy. I think if Shawn hadn't gotten K so tangled up in his stupid drama, she would have ended up with Nick. They compliment each other so well.

And I just realized based on the screencaps above that Nick was wearing his FD sweater when Shawn confronted him. Wonder if Nick actually said the Shawn thing to Kaitlyn because Shawn came to Nick's room and told him off for no reason. That would make a lot of sense based on what happened and why Nick would need to vent to Kaitlyn about thinking Shawn is a *******. Of course, the producers had to edit it like it came later so to get their "To Be Continued" ending... Bleh.

I could be wrong, but I thought Shawn showed up at Nick's room after Nick and Kaitlyn's FD.  He did it because he had all day to stew knowing Kaitlyn was with Nick.  Which again, 11 seasons of the bachelorette and we have never seen another guy act like this much a bully to another cast member, have we?

BTW, while I love Nick, I don't like the side of him that this season has brought out. The just wanting to have sex with K no matter where, the tattling. I want the Nick we had before back, I don't think that this season has brought out his best. I am so glad that it seems that Nick moved on and is over this ette.
