I think a few people in attendance at the event let it slip but at that point I think everyone knew he was going to be The Bachelor so it wasn't a well kept secret.

So excited that Ben is hopefully going to be the next Bach….will be a great season!!

I like Ben. I hope a great pool of women will be chosen for him, but I am not that naive. I will settle for 5 great women. Ok. 3.

First off, I wasn't excited about Ben being the Bach but he is clearly the best option IMO so it seems fitting.

Also, I want to wish his father a speedy recovery from his heart surgery.

Yes, bring on Ben H. as our next bachelor!  He has so many great qualities and the ladies will fall in love with him, IMO.  We know from posters who know him, that he is a great guy and he came across that way on screen.

Excited to see BENNY I will be honest though I get shocked at how little chat there is about him on here. Maybe thats a good thing? But just an observation.

Hoping he will be a good lead and get what he is looking for from this show - whatever it may be.

As to the threads, Ben's is a bit quiet while Nick's is still hopping, .
