Nick Viall - Bachelorette 11 - *Spoilers - Sleuthing* - Discussion #4

I am not familiar with Nick 1.0 at all, but I have to say I really like Nick 2.0.

I hope his edit softens so much tptb build a strong case for him to be next lead. Although I'm doubtful he would give more of his life to them, it sure would be fun and interesting. There hasn't been an interesting bachelor in my eyes since Andrew Firestone. That was in 2004.

The potential of being the next Bachelor is the only silver lining for Nick at this point. But it's also way too much exposure for him. 3 seasons in a row and he's already so polarizing. I don't see it.

I just can't believe he is getting dumped as F2 two seasons in a row and this time she may even let him propose. It's just the worst.

Sorry, my mind is ripe with silly scenarios....
Now that Nick is 'confirmed' F2, it's likely he's being considered for The Bach.
And we know his former 'rival' is also hoping for the position.
Can you imagine TPTB's wet dream having Josh and Nick vie for the top Bach position in a televised 2-way battle a la Kaitlyn and Britt???

Personally, Shawn screams meathead douchebag to me, but that might change once I watch the show, but he seems much more like Kaitlyn's type from her SM before the bachelor. And if he is then I say good for Kaitlyn. Nick will be just fine.

Kaitlyn is the thirsty one macking on everyone that breathes, carries herself like a perpetually horny prepubescent boy, agreed to use Nick's services as a red herring for the show and now stupidly captures a video of herself with a naked man under the sheet staged or not they both looked stupid in that video.. and Shawn is the meathead douchebag? hmmokay

I would love for Nick to be the bachelor maybe y'all can tweet that to fleiss.

Agentcurls, Nick is our new Reid, except TPTB insist on villainizing him every season. He would have made one of the most fascinating leads ever.

Nick 2.0 does not sound or look stressed at all right now, no matter how this season ended. His photo in the fan thread seems to show he is doing fine, even with the snapchat gate so likely this will continue. Don't see him repeating anything like last ATFR.

Nick has smoldering eyes.

He looks better now than when he started filming - even better than when he was on the show.

Who knows... will be interesting to see the edit he gets from here on out. He does have that Us Weekly article that seems to paint a good light for him and supports that Nick was on the show for the right reasons, something which K has publicly stated as well.

Hopefully no matter how it ended, K can offer some sort of support in the same vein for Nick and continue to let people know she thinks he is/was genuine. It will really make a season that is crazy turn out to be more amicable and even kind. If K takes a note from Becca and how Becca handled herself at ATFR then things should be fine. Shawn would need to be a bit more okay with Nick as well though - otherwise it really becomes a repeat of last year to some extent.
