I'd assume from the fun pictures shown above that the statements I've read here and there that "Everybody hates Nick" are totally untrue!  Not that I ever believed them...

I'm sure the naysayers will all just say he is paying people to be friends with or something. He is just so good looking to me and the kind of guy I'd want to date.

One thing I see alot here is people asking why Nick doesn't just try to find a girl in Chicago instead of Bachelor and I totally understand that sentiment however would like to throw in a little bit of perspective. From what we know from what Nick has revealed about pre-bachelor life he has actively dated/courted women in normal life setting as well and those relationships for whatever reason didn't pan out (ex who still helps style him) or ended badly (ex-fiance who dumped him) as well so he probably looked at Bachelorette as a "why not?" type deal. I don't think it is a matter of him trying to just date people from reality TV but just finding the right woman in general whether in normal dating scene or absurb reality tv dating scene. I hope I am making sense here .

Yup... people do like Nick. I just think that when it comes to SM, the negativity is what rises to the top and is what is heard the most.

Or .. everybody "hates" but ...still cannot stop gushing about it... like everybody "talks" ... which in connection with this season it would mean: everybody "finds him smoking hot" ...and so there you have those who would peek under that steamy hood, because they don't want to be left out on the secret, but then will blame Nick for their own weakness ... and there you have those who have no problem to open that hood and let the smoke clear, to proceed and enjoy the power of horses. :Auto:

HGL too funny and true. I think that either way, Nick as polarizing as he is, people love to hate him. He certainly gets people talking.

Love the smile lines!

There have been so many pics from Summerfest, too many to keep posting.  He attended 1 day/night only with high school buds and Marie Teressa & her BF. Tweeters saw him on the train returning to Chi. 
It brings to mind how weird it must be to be a software exec and have fans approach when you are out with friends. He has never gone the VIP route after either season so doesn't seem to want to draw attention to himself but remains courteous when approached.  His friends seem to take it in stride ... even gently poking fun at his famedom in past IG pics. For someone who isn't a "center of attention" extrovert, this must have been a real learning curve. Fortunately, the show fans who posted pics are generally just excited to have a moment with a "familiar" face and often write cute captions.

  How many weeks until this show is over - 3 or 4? 

I have yet to complete watching last epi (oops) but really, it's the RL Nick show vs "the process" and I've never been keen on redundancy.  

I still have my #fingerscrossed that the real Nick bombshell will drop post-filming and will be about whatever has brought such confidence and apparent happiness to our man. 

Oh, as to "the beard" talk awhile back - his dad and bro Sam plus Maria's BF and Sara's new fiancé all have the same. So do a few of Nick's friends.  Just saying. It seems to be a trend with his own people.
