Imo, it just goes to show how easily viewers are swayed by physical appearance.

If Nick was a personal trainer like so many of the other beloved guys on the show and had pics of him on his IG of his body and that is what he was edited as I am sure he would have a crazy fan base following him, no matter whether he was the villain or not.
