My personality. I’m very outspoken and boisterous. I like to be the funny one that everyone laughs with.

I’m a big softie at heart when it comes to a relationship. I become a WOM (woman over mates).

What are your worst/bad habits?
Being annoying and too “full-on”. I’m full of energy and bounce off walls, which I guess can be annoying.

Describe your dream date.
It would be something super exciting and adventurous like skydiving. I think it’s the perfect icebreaker. Some people just go out for dinner or drinks, but I think just go “Boom!” out there and have fun. You’re guaranteed to always remember it.

Meet Davey Lloyd, the South Narrabeen carpenter aiming to unfreeze Sam Frost’s heart




Carpenter Davey Lloyd, 25, from South Narrabeen is set to become a familiar face on the new reality show which launches next week.

But with filming already wrapped up on the series, the youngest contestant remains tight-lipped about whether he got the girl, who he describes as “absolutely gorgeous.”

“It was an emotional rollercoaster — a great experience but it was pretty crazy,” said Lloyd, who was nominated by a female friend after being single for just under a year.

Lloyd, who has already hit the headlines over his cheeky bottom tattoo which reads “Your name ...” said it was his dad who encouraged him to take part on the Ten show

Robert Lloyd is a teacher at Collaroy Public School, while mum Patricia Lloyd is a travel agent.

“My dad was more excited than I was. My mum said she thought I would do something like this,” he said.

Lloyd, who when he’s not working can be found surfing at Narrabeen or in the bars of Manly or Double Bay said he thinks he’s been unlucky in love so far because he’s in too much of a hurry.

“I’ve rushed into a lot of relationships before and it hasn’t worked out the best,” he confessed.

He plans to watch Wednesday night’s show with his mates in a local pub — but is worried about how he’s going to come across, especially when he meets Frost for the first time.

“That’s the one think I don’t know if I want to watch. I was so nervous and intimidated by the cameras. I kind of crumbled under the pressure,” he said.

However, the former Marta Maria College in Warriewood student hopes the show could be a launch pad to a career in TV renovation shows.
