Josh has a fierce and loving heart. I hope Sabel has a good outcome. I think when Josh finds a woman who fits with his mom, she will be a lucky lady.

I get so emotional looking at the photos of Sabel and her treatments.   I feel compassion for both Sabel and Josh and I'm praying Sabel gets in remission and has lots of healthy, happy years ahead with Josh by her side.

I agree, it's very sad, but Josh is doing everything he can to prolong Sabel's life. I hate to think what will happen if this cancer progresses, he will be devastated to lose her. Some woman is going to be very lucky to have Josh as her husband one day, he has a heart of gold.
