It will be interesting to see what Sharleen will say about Nick in her recap blog once he is on the show. I would think she may disclose that she is friends with him and have a positive view based on this while trying to be objective.

From looking at Sharleen's fiance (Andy)'s Twitter feed, he is very similar in personality to Nick. No surprise they get along so well and Nick seems to know that Andy burnt his feet sometime according to this conversation:

I wonder if when hanging out with him she is able to guage the ending or if he flat out told her how the end goes. He probably didn't outright tell her as to not risk plane gate again but she may be able to guage his body language/emotions much better than us who only have pics and tweets to go by. I think she knows if he is single or taken at this point but I am sure any Nick talk in her blog will be very carefully scripted.

Me too! At the beginning I wanted to irrationally dislike him because he ruined my Sharnick ship  but if a smart, level headed Sharleen is head over heels for him, then he has got to be a great guy.

MJM: I think Sharleen knows but, like you said, she'll be careful about how she words things in her blog. Either way, they are still friends so Sharleen will support Nick either way as she seems to be doing anyway.


Nutty1: I love it that they are friends,too ! Andy is just like Nick - he shares the same sense of humor - so no surprise they all get along. Nice to see that no matter how it ends, Nick made some real friends from this show and they are a great couple to be friends with.

That is an awesome bet idea I am going to use that with my friends!

She's actually not doing her blog anymore! She just goes the Flare recaps, but those are pretty basic and superficial compared to the recaps she did on her blog. I think she'll be pretty neutral. She did point out Andi's mistakes on her season, and that's one of her best friends!

^ Nooo, I loved her panda blog. The Flare recaps aren't as good and someone probably edits them.

^^ Maybe she chose not to blog about this season because she knows too much? It would make sense, if so. Plus, she gets more traffic writing for Flare and probably paid as well.

I think it was the negative comments she started getting. People REALLY attacked her for taking Kaitlyn's side and for taking such a strong stance against the whole two Bachelorettes thing. She posted one of the comments (they called her a stupid b*tch, I think), and I can totally get why she wouldn't want to deal with that when she was just doing this as a hobby. I think that's why Sarah stopped blogging too.

I also think that Sharleen invested a lot of time into it, with the gifs, so I can see her just not having the time with wedding planning and her job.
