But that's not how most fans will see it though, they are painting them both Nick and Kaitlyn in a bad light IMO

In the past, they totally hid any former contestant coming back to the show.  They were so blatantly showing him and her making out, and her not being able to contain her excitement when she announced he was there.  The previews don't jive with what they normally do in these cases.  Something is definitely off with these previews.  

I am shocked that RS was validated tonight by TPTB, RS said Kaitlyn made out with Nick in New York and they showed it, unreal

That wasn't New York. Kaitlyn and Nick met at night, for the first time. You can see that the clothes she was wearing when she said "it's Nick" is different from the Kaitlyn and Nick kissing scene. Watch in slo mo. A LOT of cutting and pasting in that preview.

This is gonna be ratings GOLD! I know it! Man, after yesterday, I thought people weren't gonna watch because she chose no one. After these clips, no way are people NOT going to watch this go down or at least not curious. I mean sure some people aren't or they'll say what they want, but people will want to know how it goes down.

If sex is consensual it can't be hung on one person. In other words, it takes two to tango.

Of course, but since this is the case - he said it was "fiance type of stuff" and for him it's about making love, yet a year later, he goes on the same reality television show and has sex with another lead of this show that he knew in person less time than Andi. Both women were dating other men at the time too.  

Two adults can do as they please, but if Nick didn't do and say what he did to Andi then I think I would view it differently. Don't complain, embarrass a woman, and then go and do the same exact thing and do it sooner with another woman when it doesn't line up with what he was spewing at Andi.

From his article in Time, it seemed like it wasn't sex itself that was "fiance-stuff" - it was the fact that he explained to Andi, in THAT very specific scenario, what sex would mean for him. He explained to her that by having sex a few days before the potential proposal, he would take it to mean that she was in love with him and wanted to marry him. Of course, none of us were in that FS and we don't know the exact conversation that took place. But, if it went down the way Nick says (and, honestly, I think it has gone down that way for a lot of F2/F3s), I can understand why he felt betrayed. It was probably naive of him to believe every word that Andi told him, knowing that it's her job to lead him on, but that doesn't make his feelings any less real.

THAT said, it doesn't mean that sex always means "fiance-stuff" for Nick. We know that he was hooking up with Julie Berry for a while, and I doubt that was ever a serious relationship for Nick. I don't know how Nick approached sex with Kaitlyn - whether he was in love, whether it was just fun, or what. But, I don't think that it's a parallel situation this time, considering we don't know how Nick will react when he gets dumped. IF he does do the whole "why did you make love to me" thing again, yeah, it's totally on him. I don't think he will though.

Of course, it's not the first time sex happened in this franchise outside the FS. Blob had sex his season like 6.5 times? Ben and Courtney oceaned it up. I am sure there are others.

I remember the backlash that Courtney got for that....we still live in a society that does not forgive women as easily as men IMO. And then Andi for that matter as well. I can't see how Kaitlyn is not going to get public backlash for this...really sadz

I am a bit confused too. I have it on DVR so I was able to go back and look. They piece a lot of scenes together really quick but there is one scene where she pulls a guy down on a bed with rose pedals and when I stop it there I can almost promise it's Ben H.

Yes that was Ben H. Just watched in in slo mo.

He was huge, muscular had a hint of dark facial hair as he went inside. I think BenZ based on build? OMG gentle giant?
