You can see why he has the body he has. His fitness regimen is deceptively easy yet incredible. No weights, just one's body used for resistance.

“It is about health, nutrition, well-being and exercise,” he says. “There’s something for everyone.”

Green - who stars in his own fitness series called Art Green: Bare Drills on SCOUT TV - says helping people improve their lifestyle is his goal, and he hopes to achieve that through the book.

“I’m passionate about health and I want to share my knowledge with people,” he says.

“There’s recipes, information on exercise and how to do it right, tips on nutrition and general well-being, and all my experience about diets and which ones work best. I am sharing my knowledge with everyone.”
