^I'm thinking Cat is headed somewhere or returning from somewhere, hence the purse, and Sean was just outside with the girls saying good-bye (or hello) and letting them go to the bathroom.

The picture might not be from today, I think it is from Friday when they went out for burgers, they were wearing the same out fits.

The outfits are almost the same except Cat is wearing jeans in the Friday picture and leggings in this one. Plus Sean is obviously wearing slippers in pic posted today and wore sneakers on Friday.
