I think I'm being stupid here because I don't understand. Isn't every guy that leaves during a certain episode safe and the recipient of a rose in the previous episode?

Safe before the RC, i.e. a 1-1 date rose or GDR.

It seems to me that RS doesn't know the location for the FRC, yet, otherwise he would have said it. Are we really sure that they are in Mexico? Perhaps the info Mr. wright got had to do with BIP.

^^^ Ditto! Is that a purse? I though it was some sort of bow of something. Either way, not flattering!

I think it's part of the dress. Looks to be the same fabric as the bodice. No idea why it's there though, since it doesn't look flattering in the least.
