After reading what Steve posted about Shawn and Kait night 1, I'm even more excited to see them together!

I knew he was the one to say he was there for Kaitlyn. AGGGHH I'm so excited to see more of them. I think they are going to have some crazy chemistry!

Glad it was Shawn that told Kaitlyn he was glad it was her.  Shawn has always been my pick for best match with Kaitlyn - can't wait to see their chemistry on the screen.

Mine too. I just can totally imagine them together from the very little we know about him. If he's one of the spoiled f2 or spoiled f1 on Monday, I think they'll need to be called Team Hulk. So cute!

Didn't she say something on her interview that she likes it slow and steady If we take that serious, it doesn't bode well for Shawn. IMO.

No it does not bode well for Shawn that is why I say he is final 2.

The FIR almost always doesn't win so I'm going with Shawn not being F1.

I'm trying NOT to make any assumptions and just wait for RS to post on Monday but him getting the most screentime night 1 and a love at first sight story just makes me think he will be a shock elimination. We'll have to see if they will make the F1 this predictable so early on.

I think I already speculated this somewhere but I bet that's why they brought Nick on mid-season, things were too easy for Gosling Jr.

And personally, I thought last season was blatantly obvious night one.

IMO everything Kaitlyn said in that interview were publicist driven, they already prepped them for the Q&A with the media. The truth of how she chose her F1 will only come up after the fact IMO.

Interesting info that RS posted about Shawn and Kaitlin. It's one thing for him to say love at first sight, but for her to be shown saying it? I thought that's a pretty good set up for F2 heartbreak.

I agree that sometimes things are pretty obvious on night 1, but I can't ever remember a lead saying something like 'that is the closest I've felt to love at first sight' about a contestant on night one that ended up being the F1. But who knows...everything else is different and wacky this season, and this could be one of those things.

I'm really excited to see them together though. It sounds like they will sparkle, and I can't wait to watch it.
