Wouldn't be surprised if Ryan is the one making some of the rude comments on IG using his friend's IG account. If he makes any of those comments I'm guessing he would be in violation of the restraining order. Family court records in NY are not public records.

IMO Jess has been granted a TOP (Temporary Order of Protection). All she would have to do to get this is show up at Family Court in the county she resides or the county the respondent resides and wait her turn to see the judge. Most judge err on the side of caution in these cases. Better to be safe than sorry. There will be a return court date relatively soon since Ryan has his right to be heard, and then there will be a Final Order of Protection entered if the judge feels it's necessary.

I am very scared for Jess as well! Someone who is close to her needs to get her away from his reach! One of his friends even posted a line of fish which resembled sleeping with the fishes to me. I think this show needs to be pulled and the producers of this show need to step up and help these women in the mess that has been made!!! I do feel Jess is not safe right now as crazy as he and his friends are talking! Oh yeah, first time I posted but have been following you all for days. Hi Everybody!

Until a couple days ago I thought Ryan was just a jerk. Now I believe he's potentially dangerous. That said, if he is a drug addict, I hope he gets the help he needs.

Thanks for the clarification. His friend commented that it was a public record and he posted it to get ahead of it before it was leaked. Guess he didn't know what he was talking about.

I wonder if she also filed divorce papers? I assume she was allowed to on 6/12 since that would have been the 6 month mark.

Divorce is handled in Supreme Court in NY not in Family Court, so it would have been filed there, but I believe by NYS statue they need to be apart for 6 months.

Jessica was right on point in getting that court order before that episode airs. That network is not going to protect her. The Network Lawyers probably have a plan in place to ignore her complaints and will not acknowledge they are culpable in any of this. Ryan I hope you are reading this. This whole thing just weirds me out. My hubby and I watched both seasons together and enjoyed them. I just read him the info off the Ashley site and he was like, woahhhh - I was NOT expecting you to say all that! Lol...crazy how they're just playing it all for everyone on ig.

This season has given me major headaches. What a disaster from all corners. It's impossible to understand they are dealing with experts, but they all need professional help!

Everyone would have been better off to stay off SM right from the beginning. This has now blown out of epic proportions with danger lingering everywhere.

I thought about that. But from experience, people who really have alot of money:
a) rarely if ever talk about it
b) are very frugal.

Something about the way he spoke about contributing more because of his successful business just seemed off for me. I don't trust this guy in general so maybe I'm being overly critical.
