But perhaps the tweet refers to him having a FD? No point wasting time sleeping in there.

FD definitely popped into my head. The second "won't sleep" makes the tweet seems more like willing oneself to stay awake as they want to be awake. Of course i have no clue who has the phone whether Nick, Elan or production. Elan does refer to Periscope alot so maybe Elanick favored the Arie tweet.

Nick has previously faved an Arie tweet and he follows Arie.  I don't think Arie follows Nick. 

Periscope.  Chris V actually has an account and follows Elan.  Wow, and here we are following them all.  It's stalking heaven

I remember last year Nick posted a picture of himself soon after he returned. This year, we haven't seen any yet so I am hoping that means he is still filming. 
As for his tweet, if he only posted Can't sleep, then I would say it sounds sad. But Won't sleep, to me, it sounds he's excited, waiting for something big to happen, like a child on Christmas Eve. So, as a Nick supporter, I remain cautiously optimistic. 
No matter what, I just want him to be happy.

Yeah the "won't" sleep indicates purpose/intention to stay awake. i think his hahaha to his brother right before doesn't give off a sad vibe. Atleast it gives us something to chat about it had been a few days since we had movement here

ITA with this emusha.  Nothing resigned, introspective or philosophical about the tweet.  It's a tweet of action.  Anticipation for something to come (a proposal??)
